The purpose of this
bathhouse is to provide poolside bathrooms and food service, as well a
being a center for year round entertaining and sports viewing. The
structure is fully heated, air conditioned, drywalled, and equipped with
top of the line cabinets and appliances. The basement area provides
space for mechanical and pool equipment plus a storage area for the
owner’s pool and patio furniture during the off season.
