The client’s occupation
as a sound engineer and his unique needs due to a vehicle accident made
this a very interesting and challenging project. On the exterior, ramps
and a new concrete parking area were needed for easier entry and exit
from the car. The upstairs flooring was changed to hardwoods and
commercial pile carpet and the master bath and closet system were
completely redesigned. Lastly, an elevator was installed to provide
access to the recording studio in the basement. A generator was
installed to cover the possibility of a power outage.
