This beautiful building houses a spectacular game/media room complete with kitchen and a great outside oasis with its own fireplace. To avoid having to install a sprinkler system throughout the main house, there needed to be at least 10’ between buildings. To do this, the site had to be completely reshaped using retaining walls and planters. The new building was blended into the old by adding the cast stone and iron details at the old porch and balcony. This is now a very elegant area in which to entertain through the creation of beautiful structures and beautiful landscaping.
