This represents the complete renovation of a 3,900 square foot lakeside home that had been badly neglected by the previous owner. Exterior work included the stabilization of the lake side pool deck. Interior work included the construction of a fireplace mantel with surround sound entertainment center, kitchen, wet bar and powder room renovations, replacement of all appliances and plumbing fixtures, as well as the repair of all interior surfaces. The project was completed nine working days less than originally estimated, and almost $9,000 under the initial budget..
