In our initial meeting with the homeowners, they told Key Residential that they wanted an outdoor kitchen and entertaining area. This project soon grew to also include a space for workout equipment, a bath that was accessible for their children when using the existing swimming pool, more useable storage, and air-conditioned dog room, and a garage to house the motorcycles that would allow the homeowners to park in the existing garage.
