2009 Addition $100,000 - $250,000
This is a striking
two-story addition onto the front of the house, which has the guest
bedroom/bath downstairs, and new master bath and enlarged bedroom
upstairs. A two-story porch and open dramatic foyer were also created.
The addition was designed on a crawl space with a brick front porch on
deep footings. The foyer is formal with high ceiling, hardwood
flooring, white columns and a step up into the old foyer. The guest
suite has a deep slate-toned full bath, high ceiling, large windows,
hardwood flooring and a separate entrance on the side.
