The exiting home was
built in 1983 and still retained the original windows, doors, siding and
trim. The home was a standard tract home of the time, and the clients
wanted to transform the boxy style house into a beautiful colonial home
with very little maintenance. A tower addition was added to the second
floor, accessed through the front bedroom, which extended the living
space in the bedroom. A 28’ X 14’ two-story addition was added to the
rear of the home to extend the master bedroom and first floor family
room. This new addition provides 874 square feet of living space. All
exterior products on the home are maintenance free, and this colonial
home has been brought up to date with current energy codes and
		aesthetics.
