2006 Best Exterior Facelift

This 43 year-old home had great views, good bones, and a commanding value on a great corner lot. The homeowners wanted a complete exterior makeover. A design was developed that included a solution to some drainage problems as well as adding numerous architectural details and finishes consistent with the new custom homes in the neighborhood.
