There were several
challenges in this exterior renovation/restoration. First and foremost,
the client wanted to return their 1890’s Victorian to its original
grandeur. Critical, too, was to make the home as close to maintenance
free as possible. State-of-the-art products and processes were used that
would replicate and compliment period details, and which also were
durable and superior to traditional building materials and methods. Old
and new were melded seamlessly together for spectacular results.
