The Bar Harbor Motor Inn
was destroyed by a tornado in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Inn is located on
ocean, which increased the damage. A&I had to perform the reconstruction
of every unit as well as the exterior of all the buildings. Mold
remediation was required in 99 units. Since the Inn was 30 years old,
many code violations had to be brought up to current standards. The
project was completed ahead of schedule and below budget. The owners
were so pleased that they volunteered to do a commercial for A&I, which
has generated significant business.
