The owners were in need
of an off-the-street parking area due to city and county parking
restrictions. Their old garage had rotted and fallen down and they
wanted a new 2-car garage. They also wanted some additional space above
the garage for an entertainment room, bathroom and new laundry area.
This new space provides everything they wanted.
