This early 1900's farm
house had an inefficient "lean-to" kitchen off the back of the house,
with a small dining room and small bath/laundry combo. This was
demolished and a 13 foot two-story addition was added. This allowed a
re-located front entry into the entry parlor, opening through columns
and rches into the larger custom kitchen and dining room. With creative
space planning the laundry room was expanded and a full bath was added.
The clients also received the Master Suite of their dreams. This design
is a dramatic improvement to this beautiful old home.
