2007 Historic Renovation
This 1925 home had become
an eyesore over the years, victim of too many insensitive additions. As
its original character had long since been obliterated, the owners asked
us to create a Mediterranean villa to match it to its neighbor to the
south and to a neighborhood “Spanish Gate” adjacent to the north. The
neighborhood breathed a huge sigh of relief as this eyesore became a
solid citizen.
