The challenge was to
match an unattractive powder room with the rest of the home’s décor.
Slightly larger than your average powder room, this space afforded the
opportunity to do something unique. Taking a cue from the homeowners
Craftsman style décor and their collection of antique books, this powder
room takes on the dual roll of a Library. And why not? The bath is often
the favorite reading room in the house. The only downside is that
visitors often linger to take in everything in the room…and that can
create a bit of a lineup at parties.
