This two-story addition
replaced a single story sunroom and includes a library with fireplace
and wet bar on the first floor and a master bath and walk-in closed on
the second floor. The new tile roof was made of the same material as the
home, but it lacked the decades of lichen and moss buildup of the rest
of the roof, so it was decided to use the tiles from the former sunroom
on the street side, with the new tiles used on the rear.
