The entire house design (restricted to 22ft wide x 100ft deep) focused on taking advantage of the water/mountain views from as many indoor/outdoor areas as possible including the living, dining, family, and master bedroom spaces and 3 outdoor deck/patio areas along the front of the home. An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and garage with a rooftop deck were added at the back of the property to meet the family’s living space needs. An elevator provides easy access to the three levels of the beautiful beach themed dream home featuring such specialty items as a mirrored TV, Hydraulic car lift, reclaimed lighting, and even a driftwood mantle.
