This is a carriage house
that was built to complement a home built in the 1950’s. The challenge
was to create an illusion of space within the 900 square foot code
limitations of the structure and do it with a relatively small budget.
The project includes recycled materials from at least six other
remodeling projects that were available. The carriage house embraces the
feel of an Italian Villa, and one would not suspect that the major
articles in the finished product were recycled.
