The existing home had a
beautiful exterior, but the interior had been renovated several times
leaving it awkward and dated. We completely remodeled the interior,
relocating key spaces and opening up circulation paths to improve the
overall feel and flow of the house. Careful attention to detail
throughout, including the addition of several large windows a large
screened porch and 6 new fireplaces, all combine to create a balance of
bright open spaces and cozy, intimate ones. The end result is a
comfortable, relaxing home that is ideal for the clients’ casual,
artistic lifestyle, while respecting the home’s architectural history.
