The client wanted to add
outdoor living space and capitalize on the amazing river view. They
declared that the addition must match the existing design and character
of their Queen Anne style home. The original home, built in 1910,
already had a two-story rear stucco addition and one car garage, built
in the 1930’s. The solutions that satisfy these challenging design
requirements create a beautiful enhancement for all to enjoy.
