Whole House Remodel $500,000 - $1 Million
The owners of this century-old horse barn
saw an opportunity to convert it into a space for extended family
gatherings. While passionate about preserving the barn’s historic
character, the clients wanted an abundance of natural light and modern
amenities. On the lower level, the doors and walls of the original horse
stalls were restored to create a bourbon bar, exercise room and
additional bedrooms. The upper-level hay loft was redesigned for
entertainment, and large family meals. Outside, great care was taken to
remove, restore and reinstall the original siding. The transformed barn
is a fitting landmark on this spectacular property.
