The owner of this rundown
and distressed building having “confidence in its flaws” wanted to
preserve its turn of the century integrity. Before restoration could
begin, it was necessary to gut the building and shore up many structural
deficiencies. Through the innovative weaving of today’s products and
technology, 300 yards of debris and a lot of dirty work, the owner was
given back his building with a new life.
