A leak,
ignored for years, forced the owners of this bathroom into extensive
reconstruction. For budgetary reasons, the owners elected to keep the
new bathroom contained within the original 6’ x 10’ footprint. By
cleverly resolving the structural work and minimizing impact to the
adjoiningspaces, the owners were able to splurge
on wainscot detailing, bamboo flooring and, granite countertops and
vessel sinks to punch up the style of this traditional bathroom.
Beveled mirrors and carefully designed wainscot features help to create
a well-proportioned bathroom for this small space.
