This
was the remodel of a designated historical landmark. By looking at the
house, one could tell that in its prime, it was a masterpiece. The goal
was to restore the house to its original beauty. The entire inside and
outside of the house were gutted. On the outside, all the exterior trim
and siding were replicated. On the inside, all the doors, mouldings and
flooring were also replicated. The kitchen and bathrooms are all new,
with all the modern amenities. The project came out beautifully and the
new owners are thrilled.
