This new front entrance
portico was installed to differentiate the home from other similar homes
in the development and accentuate the entrance with a creative design to
compliment the existing architecture. Low-maintenance material was used
per the customer's request, including man-made dense foam product and
Phoenix stone. A flat-roof design was used with a balcony on top to
accommodate and existing window above the front door.
