The customer purchased an
old building and needed more space for their counseling business. The
whole building was gutted and the space redesigned to make more office
space and bring the building up to code. A new elevator and two masonry
stair towers were installed to make the building more functional and
safe. The entire space is actually two buildings. The most creative and
challenging part of the job was the front facade. Installing the steel
plate facade on the front of the building was very involved, but it
pulled both buildings together to look like a single structure. This
building definitely grabs your attention when you are driving down the
main street.
