Our clients wanted to illuminate and
modernize the large interior of their 1970s home and introduce a "Beachier"
theme since it's just 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean. Existing stained
doors and trims were replaced with 3 panel Solid Core brightly painted
doors, craftsman style casings, base and window moldings. Existing
wallpaper and popcorn ceilings were replaced with smooth painted
surfaces. Whimsical lighting fixtures, along with contemporary faucets
and shower systems, added flair to each room. Completing the home's
transformation was the ground floor garage conversion to a game room
which included brightly colored Polyaspartic flooring.
