Our clients have enjoyed their historic home and the unique character that it has to offer, however their detached garage and guest space was in desperate need of improvement.

With only a single car garage and rather tight living quarters, the guest space lacked luster. Our clients embraced our design which expanded the living space dramatically by placing it on a new second level over a two-car garage. Using a similar footprint to the original building, the new structure provided an updated guest suite complete with a kitchen, bath, bedroom and living space all finished with custom details
