The client wanted to open
up the first floor spaces in the house to allow free visual and physical
movement between rooms. Additiona bedroom space, a family room, an
updated kitchen and more basement storage was also required. The
two-story wood frame addition includes a new basement and is attached to
the existing wood frame historical structure. This massive project
answered all the client's desires, while conforming to the many
requirements of the Historical Commission.
