This 1200 square foot guest
house includes a great room, gourmet kitchen, guest bedroom, bathroom, gym
space and washer & dryer facilities. A low voltage lighting solution
was used for an open beamed ceiling. The low voltage transformer was put
into the attic space to alleviate noise and hum, and no wiring is exposed.
