Outgrowing their 1960s
ranch, the clients desperately needed more space. By adding a new second
story with a master suite, hall bathroom, laundry, and three bedrooms,
space was freed-up on the first floor to reconfigure and expand for a
new first floor plan. The new first floor included a foyer area, powder
room, study, mudroom, eat-in area, large kitchen and open family room.
The exterior also received a new rear deck, entry and front porch.
Ultimately the clients now have the home they have always dreamed of. By
adding 1,852 square feet of new space, the home is now just over 4,000
sq. ft. Touches like custom millwork, granite tops, and stone tile-work
have made this home functional and elegant.
