After years in their Colonial Revival home,
the homeowners needed more space and better functionality to support
their growing family. This rear addition expanded second-floor bedrooms,
added a new bathroom, and introduced a convenient upstairs laundry. On
the main level, a larger sunroom creates a bright, connected space for
everyday living and entertaining.
Structural solutions, including
helical piers, and upgraded HVAC systems improved long-term performance
and comfort. The addition blends seamlessly with the existing home,
