The goal for this project was to turn a seldom used bonus room above the garage into an attractive and completely self–sufficient guest house or potential efficiency apt rental.

The existing 22’ x 25’ space consisted of one large room with a small bath and a water heater closet. The clients specifically wanted to create an open space that could still be utilized as a gameroom but would also have all the function, warmth, privacy and conveniences of a small home.
