"This house is great and
deserves a spectacular backyard." What these homeowners had, however,
was a leaky, ugly pool, faded artificial turf, no shaded areas and a
perimeter fence that was not up to code.
The new, expanded yard offers wonderful vistas, plenty of shade and a
jewel tone pool that includes seating on a sun shelf and room for doing
laps.
They asked for a one-of-a-kind back yard that enhances their home and
their property value. Everyone agrees that the new outdoor space fills
that bill.
