They bought this house online, from another state, without ever setting foot in it. She told us up front: if she didn't love the end result, they'd sell it and start over. No pressure. So we took down the wall between the kitchen and living room, built a custom arched white oak pantry door (with a hidden pressure switch inside), turned a spare bedroom into the closet of her dreams, and gave the hall bath a moody floral moment. Turns out the house from the internet was the right one all along. |
