2017 Residential Historic Renovation

The objective was to update and expand the house as well as build a new larger garage without losing the character of the original 1910 structure or its place in the neighborhood. An open floorplan family room/kitchen is located in the new portion of the house allowing the addition of a first floor powder room. A spacious master suite and walk-in closets occupies the entire space of the new 2nd floor area. Original window and moulding details are mimicked throughout the new space to keep with the period character.
