This full condo renovation transformed an outdated early-2000s interior into a warm, modern home tailored to the client’s lifestyle and appreciation for art and natural materials. Following water damage repairs, our team custom-fabricated and installed built-ins, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and a custom home office desk throughout the residence. A key challenge was creating warmth within a clean modern aesthetic while preserving the natural beauty of wood. We developed a custom stain for rift white oak and paired it with natural quartzite surfaces to create a cohesive, refined material palette. The result is a functional and modern home. |
