2011 Addition over $250,000
In this
bungalow, the original family room was demolished to the slab and the
kitchen wall was removed to create better traffic flow and connection to
the new back rooms of the home. The new master suite includes a walk-in
closet, double vanities, and a walk-in shower. The result of the
addition and upgrade is an open family room with a private master suite
for the owners. Aging in place issues have been addressed by keeping the
flooring all on one level, with a curbless shower in the master bath,
and by a low profile entry from the patio.
