Bath Remodel $50,000 - $75,000
In a 120 year old house,
it's a challenge to create a space that is both fresh and contemporary,
and also classic and traditional. The existing bathroom was unusable,
but we were able to retain some of the original vibe with white subway
tile and a classic console vanity and then bring the bathroom into the
21st century with a dramatic feature wall and fixtures. In addition, the
bathroom is accessible for the homeowner's elderly father. Somehow the
renovated bathroom feels as if it's always been there.
