This classic Dunwoody home had a layout that was no longer functioning for the family. The family room had a back staircase with an outdated wet bar. This lead to a small loft area and space over the garage. The stairs were taking up valuable space, resulting in a small laundry room. Our plan was to remove the stairs and create a larger laundry/mud room that was accessible to the garage. We also planned to add a full bath in the existing loft area and turn the above garage space into a bedroom
