Tasked with repositioning an undrperforming restaurant within the expansive JW Marriott Rampart Casino and Resort Las Vegas, the challenge was both strategic and experiential. As one of only three full-service dining venues on property, its reinvention was critical to attracting both casino guests and the local community. Constraints in budget, schedule, infrastructure and operations added complexity to what seemed like a straightforward objective. The design team led a multidisciplinary creative effort to reimagine the concept—transforming it into a vibrant, high-performing destination that not only elevated the guest experience but also exceeded stakeholder expectations. |
