NATIONAL AWARD WINNER
The existing home was
built in 1973, and this master bathroom had never been altered during
that time. The owners agreed that the existing bathroom would be gutted
and the new bathroom configured to eliminate design deficiencies and
have an Asian-contemporary look. A new and enlarged awning window was
added between the left side wall and new shower enclosure. Light maple
flooring was installed and sealed with marine grade varnish. Light
cherry cabinets compliment the floor and the granite counter. A new and
enlarged shower was custom built with a seamless glass shower enclosure
to visually expand the bathroom.
