Whole House Remodel $500,000-$1 Million
 
With a love of Scandinavian design, our
clients purchased this dated condo, knowing it needed an overhaul. They
needed a larger, more open kitchen. We expanded and opened the kitchen
as much as possible, working around the utilities for the upstairs unit
in the wall between kitchen and dining room. They requested lots of
built-ins for storage and display space, and they were bringing two
special light fixtures with them – the dining room chandelier and the
antique Swedish pendant at the primary bedroom reading nook. We kept
this all in mind as we worked through the floor plan.
