Our clients wanted more space for entertaining and play. Our biggest challenge was developing a plan for the addition that satisfied local building restrictions – an over-the-garage addition was the only way. It took a lot of creative thinking (and persuasive presentations to city officials) to get the green light. The clients also wanted LOTS of color and pattern and a more modern aesthetic throughout the home. We utilized bold color and patterns everywhere, making the home a joyful space. We updated the drab kitchen and baths, and the clients finally feel like their home reflects their lifestyle and tastes.
