Commercial Remodel over $500,000
The new owners of the 95
year old Erday property in downtown Geneva, IL, wanted to convert the
two-story retail building into a multi-purpose space. Formerly a men’s
clothing store and jewelry retailer, the renovated space now houses
financial planning offices, a retail clothing store, Haven Design
Group’s new headquarters, the inaugural Hogan Design & Construction
showroom, a rental apartment with rooftop balcony and an airbnb
accommodation for area visitors. The final product is a revitalized
building that both maintains its historic integrity, adds beauty to the
downtown and modernizes the space to function for community members and
visitors alike.
