Bath Remodel under $50,000
We transformed
an unfinished attic into a private primary suite for a growing family,
giving our clients their own retreat on a separate floor and freeing up
a bedroom for the kids. The bathroom is the showpiece, featuring marble
mosaic floors with radiant heat, a striking dark green tiled shower, and
brass fixtures. Working within the constraints of a sloped roofline, we
centered the shower beneath the peak and tucked a skylight above the
toilet for extra headroom. The homeowners chose many of the finishes
themselves, making the finished space feel as personal as it is
beautiful.
