Inside one of Nashville's oldest buildings, JASPER transformed the first floor and basement of 301 Church Street into two fully realized environments within a single historic shell. The main level became a refined AAA office anchored by preserved nine-foot windows, exposed brick, and white oak flooring. Below, an immersive speakeasy and fully custom luxury condo were built into the original structure, complete with custom bar, integrated technology, handcrafted millwork, and floor-to-ceiling tile. Every detail was engineered to honor the building's history while delivering modern performance. The result is a space that respects its past and creates a new legacy. |
