This project transformed a historic carriage house by seamlessly blending modern upgrades with original craftsmanship. A new kitchen, three renovated bathrooms, structural improvements and a custom copper-clad dormer enhanced both functionality and livability. Original windows, doors and light fixtures were carefully restored, preserving the home’s character. Detailed finish work—from revitalized wood floors to exterior stucco repairs—ensured a cohesive result throughout while breathing new life into the spaces. The outcome is a thoughtfully updated home that honors its history while providing the comfort, durability and performance expected in modern living
