2015 Kitchen Remodel over $150,000

 A 1940s row home in Georgetown with challenges in square footage and configuration was in need of an update. To create a more functional floor plan in the same footprint we assigned new roles to the rooms. A floor plan flip—between the existing kitchen and dining room—created space for a true chef’s kitchen. The old kitchen gave way to a pantry, while the breakfast room was transformed into a dining area. With a connection to the rear terrace and a palette of milky cabinetry with walnut and polished nickel accents, the new kitchen is perfect for entertaining
