remodel includes addition of covered patio, pools, firepit, and new
landscaping. Covered patio features a beverage center, dining area,
entertainment area, and powder bath. Outdoor fans, ceiling heaters, and
thick bug screens that double as shades provide year-round comfort.
Three pools were added, an upper level spa pool and general use pool and
a lower level lap pool connected via an infinity edge waterfall with
glass tile background. Firepit includes glass rocks, wood deck surround,
and landscaping designed to create an intimate gathering spot. Concrete
pavers and landscaping connect the outdoor living zones with the
existing home
