Whole House Remodel under $500,000
This full-house renovation transformed a
1963 mid-century deck-style home from a preserved time capsule into a
modern, functional, and emotionally resonant space.
Original carpeted surfaces, dated fixtures, and bold but disconnected
materials were replaced with rich woods, layered tones, and a cohesive
layout. The kitchen, bar, two bathrooms, and master bedroom now reflect
a bold, moody palette softened by maple flooring and natural light. A
walnut slat wall in the dining room conceals original art, preserving
history while looking ahead. Every detail—from re-imagined furniture to
curated finishes—tells a story of transformation rooted in reverence for
the past,
